About

My entire life I have had a passion for houses, how they are lived in and how they are built. Growing up, weekends were spent at the family cottage where my father built then sold 3 houses, since once the work stopped so did the fun. Summer jobs labouring on construction sites evolved into carpentry work in Whistler then a diploma in Building Technology from BCIT majoring in Architectural Technology. After a couple of years work experience in an Architectural Office, I started Kerschbaumer Design in 2000. In addition to the design work for clients, we have designed and built 2 projects, a 4500sf mixed use commercial/residential project our home we currently live in.
